SINGAPORE (Apr 18): OCBC Investment Research is maintaining its “buy” call on Soilbuild Business Space REIT (SB REIT) with a higher fair value estimate of 71 cents compared to 70 cents previously.

SINGAPORE (Apr 6): KTL Global announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, KTL Offshore has entered into a deed of surrender with landlord SB (Pioneer) Investment.

SINGAPORE (Nov 10): Phillip Capital remains negative on the outlook of Soilbuild Business Space REIT as it maintains “reduce” on the REIT with a target price of 61 cents, which represents an implied FY17 P/NAV multiple of 0.86 times.

SINGAPORE (Oct 16): Phillip Capital is downgrading Soilbuild Business Space REIT to “reduce” on worsening arrears, while raising its discount rate to 7.9% from 6.9% on the basis of higher uncertainty in future cash flows.
