The proposed spin-off will help unlock value for Lum Chang

The project is set to commence in September.

The contract brings LC Interior’s total order book to approximately $170.4 million.

The better performance was mainly due to the improved numbers from the construction segment.

The contract is scheduled to be completed over a 36-month period commencing from April 2023.

Lum Chang says the earnings from the project will be recognised progressively throughout the stages of its completion.

The contract was awarded by the Government of the Republic of Singapore c/o Family Justice Courts, and was signed by Lum Chang Holdings’ wholly-owned subsidiary Lum Chang Building Contractors (LCBC) on Monday.
