The proposed projects are a 100 ha industrial park in Tembesi and a 500 ha industrial park on Tanjung Sauh.

The park, which measures 293.7 hectares, is located in Can Tho City, a Class 1 city in Vietnam.

The ceremony was witnessed by Vietnam’s Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh.

Sembcorp says an agreement will be signed shortly with the Yangon Region government for the lease of 436 hectares of land in the Hlegu Township of Yangon Region for industrial, residential and commercial purposes.
