As at 9.04am, units in Soilbuild REIT are trading 0.5 cent higher or 0.9% up at 53.5 cents.

The manager of Soilbuild Business Space REIT (Soilbuild REIT) has declared a distribution per unit (DPU) of 0.745 cents for 2Q20 ended June, a 36.8% drop from the DPU of 1.179 cents a year ago.

The recommendation came on the back of Soilbuild REIT’s released results on April 16.

“The manager has adopted a more cautious approach by choosing to defer certain capital distributions,” says Roy Teo, CEO of the manager.
