Here's how Huawei is supporting Sunseap's offshore floating solar farm in the Straits of Johor.

Following the close of its $1.1 billion deal with Sunseap, EDPR now plans to invest up to $10 billion into Sunseap by 2030.

The disposal will result in a gain of $7.2 mil over ISOTeam's initial cost of investment for the shares.

Of the loan amount, DBS and UOB will each provide $42.9 million utilising Sunseap’s green financing framework.

Under the agreement, Facebook will access solar energy exported from Sunseap's offshore floating solar farm.

The sources say Sunseap aims to list as soon as the end of this year.
