ISEC Healthcare is chalking growth with new clinics across the region

The company’s board of directors add that “there is no assurance that a transaction will take place”.

This is the fourth update since its board announced “interest” from “persons” considering the acquisition of a stake in TalkMed.

In April, TalkMed said it “received indication of interest from persons who are considering acquisition of a stake in the company”

The company is now trading at around 15x historical earnings

For 2HFY2023, the company's earnings increased 4% y-o-y to $18.5 million.

'We have yet to deploy it at the clinics. We plan to apply for its use when we have eligible patients,' says TalkMed

The group has proposed a final dividend of 0.90 cents, which will be paid on May 11.

The JV is set up with Chongqing Yijiasheng Pharma Technology and Chongqing Tuozhen Information Technology

In 4QFY2019, revenue for the group increased 16.6% to $22.10 million on the back of an increase in the number of patient visits. But rising competition and the COVID-19 outbreak is expected to present some challenges this year.
