SINGAPORE (April 20): Eagle Hospitality Trust’s portfolio - comprising of 18 assets including the famed Queen Mary - was valued based on its master leases by two valuers. The master lessee, Urban Commons, is also the sponsor and owner of EHT’s manager

On its first day of trading on May 24, 2019, Bank of America, which was one of the under­writing banks, sold more than four million units of EHT at 71 cents.
