SINGAPORE (Apr 10): Anchor Resources’ wholly-owned subsidiary GGTM has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Mohd Sukri Bin Ismail to form a joint venture to supply granite for Malaysia's East Coast Rail Line (ECRL).

Sukri is a quarry licence holder for the two quarry leases in Terengganu, measuring 25,060 sqm and 121,530 sqm, respectively.

Meanwhile, GGTM has a concession from Perbadanan Memajukan Iktisad Negeri Terengganu for the extraction of granite aggregates and dimension blocks from two large granite quarries spanning 258 acres and 484 acres, respectively.
