ABR Holdings signs MOU to acquire Chilli Padi Group

SINGAPORE (Jan 18): ABR Holdings has signed a memorandum of understanding with the shareholders of Chilli Padi Group to acquire a 100% stake in Chilli Api Catering, Chilli Padi Nonya Catering and Chilli Padi Nonya Restaurant.

Chilli Padi Group provides catering services, operates restaurants and cafeterias and sells confinement food.

ABR said that the acquisition would increase the group’s portfolio of F&B brands and grow its revenue base.
