Allied Tech acquiring Malacca land for factory building

SINGAPORE (Sept 14): Allied Technologies is acquiring six parcels of freehold land in Malacca, Malaysia, for RM7.63 million ($2.55 million).

Allied Technologies intends to construct a factory building for the purpose of wholly-owned subsidiary’s Allied Precision Technologies (M) Sdn. Bhd. manufacturing and operating activities.

The sale and purchase agreements were signed between Allied Precision Technologies and Redfield Consortium (M) Sdn Bhd.
