SINGAPORE (Nov 10): Amara Holdings’ lifestyle shopping mall, 100 AM, will be unveiling a new food and beverage (F&B) concept on its third floor from Dec 1.

Entitled Itadakimasu by PARCO, the 14,000 sf space is slated to be fully launched in mid-December, and will feature seven Japanese restaurants with three brands that are new to Singapore’s F&B market.  

These are namely hotpot eatery Shabu Shabu Gyu Jin; soba restaurant Nadai Fujisoba Ni Hachi; as well as sushi establishment Numazu Uogashizushi, which holds auction rights in Japan’s Numazu fish market for premium seafood, which will be air-flown directly to Singapore.
