SINGAPORE (July 21): Religare and Maybank Kim Eng are maintaining their “hold” calls on CapitaLand Commercial Trust (CCT) with target prices of $1.46 and $1.52 respectively.

This comes after the trust reported a 0.5% higher 2.20 cent distribution per unit (DPU) in 2Q from 2.19 cents last year, on the back of higher contributions from CapitaGreen and Raffles City Singapore.
