SINGAPORE (Dec 2): CapitaLand has joined Singapore government agency International Enterprise (IE) Singapore and China co-working space operator UrWork in a first-of-its-kind partnership to aid Singapore small and medium enterprises (SMEs) entering into China.

In a joint statement on Friday, CapitaLand, IE Singapore and UrWork said they will “provide a conducive working environment, leads, and business advisory services” to smoothen the market entry process for SMEs.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed on Friday by IE Singapore’s Assistant CEO Yew Sung Pei, CapitaLand China CEO Lucas Loh, and UrWork CFO Brain Liu Yan. The signing was witnessed by IE Singapore CEO Lee Ark Boon, CapitaLand President & Group CEO Lim Ming Yan, and UrWork Founder Mao Daqing.
