Chiwayland subsidiary acquires land use rights for land parcel in Wuxi

SINGAPORE (Sept 20): Property developer Chiwayland International says its 60% subsidiary, Suzhou Chiway Shangcheng Real Estate, has won the bid for land use rights of a land parcel located at the East to Jinkui Park in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, China.

The quantum of the winning bid was not revealed.

The land parcel comprises a site area of approximately 73,351 sq m, and any development on it is not expected to be completed before 2018.
