Cordlife appoints Choo Boon Yong as group CFO; announces re-designations

SINGAPORE (Jan 23): Cordlife Group has announced the appointment of Choo Boon Yong as its group chief financial officer (CFO), in addition to two re-designations, which will all take effect on 1 Feb. 

In a Monday filing to the SGX, Cordlife says Choo’s appointment will “strengthen [its] financial senior management team to help the group achieve its objectives”.

The former group CFO of Seksun Group will be now responsible for seeing Cordlife’s finance functions. He will support the group CEO in achieving the Group’s strategic vision, assisting in the development of new businesses and maintaining investor relations, adds the group.
