SINGAPORE (Dec 19): Here are some factors and stocks that could move the market this Monday morning:

Creative Technology, the loss-making audio product company, is seeking total damages of nearly US$57.7 million ($83.4 million). Subsidiary ZiiLabs Inc, which holds more than 80 patents in graphics and processor technology, has filed complaints with the US International Trade Commission and is seeking injunctions on Qualcomm, Sony, Motorola, MediaTek, LG, Lenovo and AMD. Creative shares last traded at 96.5 cents.

GS Holdings, the centralised dishware washing company, has signed an agreement with Changi Airport Group (CAG) to lease its Centralised Dishwashing Facility (CDF). With the facility, GS will be able to provide F&B tenants and businesses located in Singapore Changi Airport Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4 and Jewel with on-site dishwashing services. Shares of GS Holdings closed 3 cents higher at 33.5 cents.
