Far East Group founder Loh Ah Peng dies at 82

SINGAPORE (Nov 25): Far East Group’s founder and chairman Loh Ah Peng has passed away on 24 Nov at the age of 82, says the group in its filing to the Singapore Exchange (SGX) on Thursday.

Far East Group manufactures and supplies refrigeration and air-conditioning systems and products.

Loh was the father of the group’s CEO and director, Loh Mun Yew, as well as non-executive director Loh Pui Lai, who are otherwise known as Steven Loh and Karen Loh respectively.
