SINGAPORE (Oct 10): Here are some stocks that could move the market this Monday morning:

Frasers Centrepoint Limited is subscribing to 735 million new TICON Industrial Connection shares for (THB 13.2 billion) $520 million through subsidiary Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand) Co. TICON is a SET-listed developer and owner of industrial properties in Thailand. FCL says the proposed transaction is in line with its strategic direction to grow its business overseas and its recurring income. FCL shares last closed at $1.50.

Noble Group is planning to sell its US energy unit Noble Americas Energy Solutions (NAES) to Calpine Corporation for US$1.05 billion ($1.44 billion), comprising US$800 million plus a repayment of US$248 million worth of NAES working capital. Calpine Corporation, a Fortune 500 company based in Houston, Texas, is America’s largest generator of electricity from natural gas and geothermal resources. Shares of Noble closed 0.52% higher at 19.2 cents on Friday.
