First Sponsor to redevelop and sell Rotterdam property

SINGAPORE (Nov 28): First Sponsor Group is teaming up with Provast to redevelop the Boompjes 55-58 office complex in Rotterdam to create a 344-apartment residential tower.

CBRE Global Investors will acquire 258 of the apartments in the project, as well as the commercial spaces and the associated spaces in the car park. The remaining 86 apartments in the project will be sold to individual purchasers.

Construction on the 12,000 sqm office complex will start in the first quarter of 2017.
