SINGAPORE (Oct 20): Frasers Commercial Trust (FCOT) has posted a distribution per unit (DPU) of 2.45 cents for 4QFY16.

This brings DPU for the full year of 2016 to 9.82 cents, an increase of 1.1% from 9.71 cents in FY15.

Distributable income in FY16 grew 14.5% to $77.6 million, compared to $67.8 million last year.
