Frasers Property appoints Brookfield Multiplex to build Central Park’s Wonderland for $146 mil

SINGAPORE (Oct 12): Frasers Property, the property arm of Frasers Centrepoint Limited (FCL), appointed contractor Brookfield Multiplex to build the final residential stage of Central Park, Wonderland, for approximately A$140 million ($145.7 million).

The Wonderland development comprises 294 apartments within a 13-storey curvilinear building, located on the Chippendale fringe of Central Park and at the southern boundary of Chippendale Green.

In a Wednesday release, Frasers Property says Wonderland, which has been 60% sold, will require a workforce of approximately 400 construction workers for a build time of about 19 months.
