GKE announces start of construction of 39 Benoi Road property

SINGAPORE (July 18): Integrated warehousing and logistics solutions provider GKE Corporation announced that HPC Builders has been awarded the contract for the redevelopment of its 39 Benoi Road property.

Completion of the redevelopment is expected to be in end July 2017.

Post-redevelopment, the property’s warehousing space will increase by an additional 200,000 sf, bringing the total space to 400,000 sf. Open yard storage space will also see an increase of 130,000 sf.
