SINGAPORE (July 29): GKE Corporation sees the proposed acquisition of port services provider TNS Ocean Lines as one that will help refer more business to its existing warehousing and logistics operations.

The proposed acquisition, which was announced on Thursday, will cost GKE $9 million, and values TNS at around four times earnings.
