Global Premium Hotels wins approval for hotel development in Perth

SINGAPORE (Feb 2): Global Premium Hotels has obtained the development approvals for its purchased property in Perth.

The group will develop the property - located at the junction St Georges Terrance and Pier Street - into a luxury hotel with 545 rooms. It will also offer facilities like a heated lap pool, gym, and conference and meeting rooms.

Global Premium says the hotel will be the tallest hotel in Perth and Western Australia upon its completion in 2020, with a height of 249.5m and 62 storeys.
