SINGAPORE (July 13): Global Yellow Pages has terminated the agreement with Talavera Retail Papatoetoe to purchase the Hunters Plaza Shopping Centre in Auckland New Zealand.

The group said that its wholly-owned subsidiary GYP Properties had carried out a due diligence exercise and identified certain key issues.
