SINGAPORE (Jan 12): Here are some stocks that could move the market this Thursday morning:

Warburg Pincus is forming a consortium to bid for Global Logistic Properties, according to Bloomberg. Warburg Pincus has been speaking with banks and potential bidding partners about an offer for the industrial property owner, which has a market value of about US$8.2 billion ($11.8 billion). Shares of GLP closed 4 cents lower at $2.51.
