Golden Agri subscribes to technology fund

SINGAPORE (Dec 22): Golden Agri-Resources has subscribed for a limited partnership interest in a technology investment fund, RMDV Fund 1, L.P.

The fund focuses on investing in solutions for a number of different areas, including, agriculture, food and industrial biotechnology, plantation development and management technologies, distribution, logistics and marketing technology and big data analytics.

The fund is an exempted limited partnership that is newly registered in the Cayman Islands, and Golden Agri is currently the sole limited partner.
