SINGAPORE (Oct 10): GuocoLand announced that its development, Tanjong Pagar Centre, has received the temporary occupation permit for office component Guoco Tower and the basement retail component.

The development also comprises of apartments at the Wallich Residence and a Sofitel hotel, as well as a 150,000 sf Urban Park, which will commence operations in phases from Nov this year, according to the company.

Guoco Tower is an 890,000 sf Grade A office, with an 80% commitment in Oct, up from 10% in Jan, including signed leases and those under advanced negotiations. Committed tenants include Agoda, Amadeus, ASICs, Danone and Straits Trading among others.
