Hearing for Serrano’s proposed scheme of arrangement fixed on Friday

SINGAPORE (Sept 6): Serrano says the court hearing for its proposed scheme of arrangement has been fixed for Friday, Sept 9, at 2.30pm.

This comes after the interior fit-out solutions provider submitted applications on Sept 2 in relation to a proposed scheme of arrangement with the participating creditors, with the purpose of rehabilitating its financial position.

Copies of the applications are available to all scheme creditors at the offices of the IFA, Deloitte & Touche Financial Advisory Services during normal business hours prior to the hearing.
