SINGAPORE (Oct 27): HNA Group Co.’s potential bid for Singapore logistics provider CWT Ltd. has been delayed as the acquisitive Chinese conglomerate weighs changes to the deal structure, people with knowledge of the matter said.

The Chinese company, which has been in exclusive talks with CWT’s biggest shareholder since May, is still deciding which of its many entities will be used to make the offer, according to the people, who asked not to be identified as the details are private. 

HNA, the owner of China’s fourth-largest airline by market value, is a major shareholder in at least 10 listed companies, data compiled by Bloomberg show.
