Hong Kong, Shanghai stocks end higher
HONG HONG (May 10): Hong Kong and Shanghai stocks rose Tuesday, in line with a regional rally and following another healthy inflation report out of China.
The Hang Seng Index in Hong Kong added 0.43%, or 85.87 points, to 20,242.68.
And the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index edged up 0.02%, or 0.48 points, to 2,832.59 while the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, slipped 0.11%, or 2.07 points, to 1,802.27.
