SINGAPORE (Dec 8): Here are some factors and stocks that could move the market this Thursday morning:

Fundsupermart.com, the retail division of iFast Corporation, has launched FSMOne, a platform where customers can buy unit trusts, insurance, bonds as well as trade stocks and ETFs, via a single account. The new platform will also feature a more transparent fee structure which includes stating clearly how big a cut it takes for selling insurance. iFAST closed 1 cent higher at 83 cents on Wednesday.

Banyan Tree Holdings has entered into a strategic collaboration with hotel giant AccorHotels. Banyan Tree and Accor will also co-develop hotels and branded residences under the Banyan Tree, Angsana, Cassia and Dhawa brands, which would be managed by Accor under the Banyan Tree brand. Banyan Tree is also issuing a $24 million convertible debenture to Accor. Shares of Banyan Tree closed flat at 39.5 cents on Wednesday.
