SINGAPORE (Jan 23): International Healthway Corp has made an announcement which may sway the vote in this afternoon's extraordinary general meeting (EGM).

In an SGX filing this morning, IHC informed shareholders that it has received notification that the Japanese financial institution advising on and arranging for the proposed TMK refinancing is not willing to continue with the engagement if there is a change in the company’s board of directors in the next six weeks.
