SINGAPORE (Nov 25): Here are some factors and stocks that could move the market this Friday morning:

John Soh Chee Wen, who has been named by the authorities as the alleged mastermind behind the penny stock fiasco of 2013, was arrested by the police on Thursday and will be charged on Friday. Apart from Blumont Group, LionGold Corp and Asiasons Capital (now called Attilan Group), six other companies made various announcements about the CAD investigation around that time. They were IPCO International, ITE Electric, Annica Holdings, Magnus Energy, Innopac Holdings and ISR Capital.

Meantime, IPCO announced its interim CEO Goh Hin Calm was under arrest by the Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) in connection with an investigation. "Neither Mr Goh nor the CAD has provided the company with any other details," it said. "The group will make further announcements and keep shareholders informed of any developments."
