ISR discloses name of introducer, level of investors’ shareholdings

SINGAPORE (Oct 12): ISR Capital, upon the request of the Singapore Exchange, has disclosed the identity of the person who introduced a new investor Ong Siew Choo to the company.

According to the company’s announcement after market close on Wednesday, the person is Francis Tan, whom ISR said is husband of Ong and a “business associate” of David Rigoll, the company’s executive director and largest shareholder.
