SINGAPORE (Sept 5): Investment holding company Jasper Investments has announced it reached an in-principal understanding with Guangdong Zhuhai City LuYuan Construction Engineering (LuYuan) to manage certain aspects for its infrastructural projects in China, which involve the marine transportation of aggregates and other construction materials, among others.

In a Monday announcement, Jasper says LuYuan wrote to its management announcing that it secured new infrastructure and facilities projects in China, and proposed to enlist the services of the Jasper to assist in their execution.

LuYuan has currently earmarked two of its projects for Jasper’s participation, says the company. These involve the marine transportation of aggregates in the Pearl River Delta Region, as well as reclamation works off Sanya in connection with the construction of the new Hainan International Airport.
