SINGAPORE (Dec 22): Here are some factors and stocks that could move the market this Thursday morning:

Keppel Infrastructure, a unit of Keppel Corp, has been named the preferred bidder by PUB, Singapore’s national water agency, to design and build Singapore’s fourth desalination plant as well as own and operate it for 25 years. The plant will be located in Marina East and is expected to be operational by 2020. It will be able to produce about 30 million gallons of fresh drinking water per day. Shares of Keppel closed 1.2% lower at $5.90 on Wednesday.

Sembcorp Industries said on Wednesday that its subsidiary Sembcorp North-West Power Company has secured financing for the Sirajganj power project in Bangladesh. International Finance Corporation, Clifford Capital and CDC Group will each shell out US$103 million ($149 million) towards the project’s total finance debt. Shares in Sembcorp Industries closed 1 cent higher at $2.92 on Wednesday.
