LHN Limited acquires car park property for $26 mil

SINGAPORE (Sep 1): Real estate management services group LHN Limited on Thursday announced it has acquired a car park property for $26 million through its 50%-owned joint venture company, Metropolitan Parking.

Located at Golden Mile Tower along Beach Road, the new property will add 540 car park lots to the Group’s car park management portfolio.

In an SGX filing, LHN said the latest acquisition is the seventh car park added to its portfolio since October 2015. This brings the total number of car parks managed by LHN to 37, with the number of lots increasing to over 6,800.
