SINGAPORE (July 26): Mapletree Industrial Trust’s (MIT’s) distribution per unit (DPU) rose 4.4% to 2.85 cents in the first quarter ended June 30, 2016, from 2.73 cents a year ago.

Revenue was up 3% to $84.1 million from $81.6 million a year ago.

In a Tuesday filing, MIT says the overall increase is attributable to higher rental rates achieved across all property segments, with average portfolio passing rent having increased to $1.92 psf/mth from $1.90 psf/mth in the preceding quarter.
