SINGAPORE (Nov 29): Here are some factors and stocks that could move the market this Tuesday morning:

MMP Resources announced that its Japanese subsidiary, MMP Resources Japan (MMPRJ), has entered into an agreement with JRT Trading to operate and manage the Chisenupuri Ski Area. JRT is a 10-year old mechanised ski operator, which also manages a ski lodge, Hokkaido tour business and a rental business in Higashiyama, and in the business of backcountry ski operations and management. Under the agreement, MMPRJ has the option to be the exclusive operator of the ski area from 1 Apr 2017 for $32,500. Shares of MMP Resources closed flat at 0.4 cent on Monday.

Perennial Real Estate announced that is has secured a call option agreement for US$4 to acquire a 20% stake in Aviva Tower based on an agreed property value of £330 million ($584 million). Aviva Tower is a 28-storey office tower which has been granted the approval to be redeveloped into 1 Undershaft, the tallest building in London at 304.94 metres. Shares of Perennial closed 0.5 cent higher at 82 cents on Monday.
