SINGAPORE (Nov 28): Natural Cool Holdings has denied that executive chairman Joseph Ang had introduced investor Ng Quek Peng to the board to influence the outcome of an upcoming EGM.

Instead, Natural Cool said it was another director who had introduced the subscriber to Ang, three months ago.

Natural Cool was responding to an article in The Straits Times published on Nov 26 which the company said carried “a number of material inaccuracies that needed to be clarified”.
