SINGAPORE (Dec 1): Here are some factors and stocks that could move the market this Thursday morning:

New Silkroutes Group is placing 25.5 million new shares at 97 cents each to raise up to $25 million for acquisitions and working capital. If fully placed out, the number of new shares will represent 20% of the group’s enlarged base of 153 million shares. Shares of New Silkroutes closed at $1.

Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust (FLT) is acquiring the property at 1 Burilda Close, Wetherill Park, Sydney, also known as Martin Brower property, for A$58.2 million ($61.8 million). Upon completion of the acquisition of the Martin Brower property, FLT’s DPU for the three months ended Sept would have increased to 1.44 cents from 1.41 cents on a pro forma basis. Units of FLT closed at 92 cents.
