SINGAPORE (Nov 23): The National University of Singapore (NUS) has come out fifth among the highest ranking universities in Asia, while placing 21st among 300 higher education institutions worldwide in terms of graduate employability.

This is according to the inaugural edition of the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) Graduate Employability Rankings, a new ranking aiming to “improve the quality of analyses about the links between university practices and graduate employability”.

The ranking represents a development on QS’s pilot study last year, with an enhanced methodology and an additional 100 universities ranked, says the higher education analyst firm in a Wednesday release.
