SINGAPORE (Sept 2): Seafood supply chain manager Oceanus says it has on Aug 8 filed a counterclaim against Ocean King for specific performance of a loan agreement, as well as damages for breaching the agreement, among other things.

To recap, Oceanus was served a writ of summons on June 30 by plaintiff Ocean King which is claiming breach of an amended and restated loan agreement dated July 30, 2015 between itself and Oceanus Group. Ocean King is also seeking the sum of $9.94 million.
