SINGAPORE (Aug 17): Here are some stocks that may move the market this morning:

Otto Marine announced that subsidiary, Otto Ventures (OVPL), has successfully defended itself in arbitration proceedings against claims of US$8.88 million ($11.9 million) in damages. In another filing, the group also announced that another subsidiary, Karp Marine, has started proceedings against Grupo Evya which has failed to pay hire and interest due and owing under the contract, currently valued at US$10.5 million. Shares of Otto Marine closed unchanged at 31 cents on Tuesday.

Soup Restaurant Group is opening five new outlets by October. The five outlets include one at Changi Airport and two in Holland Village. The planned expansion will boost the number of restaurants in Singapore for the group to 19 from 14 previously. Shares of Soup Restaurant last traded at 20 cents.
