SINGAPORE (Nov 1): Here are some factors and stocks that could move the market this Tuesday morning:

OUE-Hospitality Trust declared a distribution per stapled security of 1.23 cents for the third quarter ended 30 Sept, down from 1.72 cents a year ago. This was due to lower income available for distribution and an enlarged number of stapled securities in issue following a right issue. Gross revenue rose 2% to $33.31 million as higher revenue from its hospitality segment helped offset the lower revenue from its retail segment. Units of OUE HT closed at 68 cents on Monday.

Rickmers Maritime posted a net loss of US$74.7 million ($104 million) for 3Q16 and US$131.7 million for 9M16, recognising a non-cash impairment of US$69.1 million in 3Q16. Rickmers Maritime reported lower charter revenue of US$15.6 million for 3Q16 and US$54.9 million for 9M16, due to lower charter rates and vessel utilisation rate amid adverse industry conditions. Rickmers Maritime closed 1 cent higher at 4 cents.
