SINGAPORE (Nov 11): The US stock market rally following Trump’s successful presidential bid may be an anomaly by historical standards, but it also means investors can start to look for investment options with US exposure.

Global equity income funds immediate come to mind with their growing dividends and prospect for capital growth.

During an unsettled year punctured by several macro crises, anxious investors have sought these funds, which hold shares in companies that have established businesses and operate in defensive sectors. US equities, consumer and healthcare sectors are common investing themes.
