Razer acquires audio technology company THX

Singapore (18 Oct): Razer announced that it has acquired the majority of the assets of audio technology company THX for an undisclosed sum.

THX, founded in 1983 by George Lucas, will operate as an independent startup under its own management, with the discretion to seek agreements from other product makers, service providers and financial partners.
