SINGAPORE (Aug 2): Here are some stocks that may move the market this Tuesday morning:

Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust (A-REIT), has declared a 1Q16 DPU of 3.996 cents, 4% higher from a year ago, boosted mainly by the Australia Portfolio and ONE@Changi City, which were acquired in the second half of FY15. In a separate filing, A-REIT’s manager is also proposing to sell 64 million new units to institutional and other investors at an issue price of between $2.344 and $2.417 each to raise gross proceeds of no less than $150 million to fund the acquisition of two Australian properties and for AEIs. Units of A-REIT closed 2.9% higher at $2.52.

OKP Holdings, the infrastructure and civil engineering company, posted a 6.6% growth in 1H earnings ended June of $4.3 million from $4.1 million a year ago. Revenue for 1H decreased 11% to $48.6 million from a year ago. But cost of works fell 12.9% to $41.5 million, bringing gross profit 2.4% higher at $7.1 million. Shares of OKP last traded at 27 cents on Monday.
