SINGAPORE (Aug 5): RHT Health Trust, formerly known as Religare Health Trust, posted a 1Q17 DPU of 1.79 cents, which was 7.7% lower than its 1.94 cent DPU a year ago due to an higher corporate taxes paid in India.

Total revenue grew by 0.8% to $34.2 million, driven by a contractual annual 3% increase in base fee, as well as overall growth in business which helped push up the variable fee.

Hospital income also contributed to the overall growth in total revenue with an increase of 4%.
